Every plan starts with a 3-month term. After that it runs month to month — cancel anytime.
Is anything metered?
No. Every seat gets unlimited property reports. No credits, no per-report charges.
Can we move a seat to another agent?
Yes. Seats are reassignable when people join or leave the office.
Can we pay by invoice?
Yes — the office is billed once, monthly or annually. Email us from the demo flow and we'll set it up.
What happens in the demo?
